Reskill your competencies to take on new jobs
Objective of the Programme
As part of the Adapt and Grow initiative to provide greater support for mid-career Professionals, Managers, Executives and Technicians (PMET) jobseekers, the Professional Conversion Programme (PCP) for Project Executives / Assistant Project Managers (PE/APM), is designed to help mid-career PMETs reskill with the necessary competencies to embark on a career in the MICE and Events sector.
The PCP for PE/APM will include classroom and On-the-Job Training components so as to facilitate and enhance the employability for those looking to switch their careers and take on jobs as Project Executives or Assistant Project Managers. It will also help MICE and Event companies tap on additional sources of manpower and meet their manpower needs by providing mid-career switchers with an opportunity to enter the MICE and Events profession. Through structured classroom and OJT, companies are also able to align training according to their specific business needs.
