The Professional Conversion Programme (PCP) for Associate Researcher (Consumer Chemicals) aims to equip mid-career PMETs with the knowledge and skills to pursue a career in the research field in the consumer/specialty chemicals sector. Key modules covered in this course include personal care ingredients, personal care products and application of design thinking.

Participants will undergo 1 month training at Singapore Polytechnic (SP) followed by 11 months of company in-house structured training + 6 months retention.
There are no fixed training schedules as class commencement is based on aggregated sign-ups by companies. Please contact SP directly for more information.

Applications received would be forwarded to participating employers for shortlisting. Shortlisted candidates have to go through the participating employer’s selection process, which is the same as that of a normal job application. The candidate has to be offered employment by a participating company before embarking on the programme.
