The Professional Conversion Programme (PCP) for Auxiliary Police Officer (Armed) is a 3-month Place-and-Train programme, offered by Certis Cisco Auxiliary Police Force Pte Ltd (Certis Cisco). The programme aims to train mid-career individuals and equip them with the knowledge and skills to embark on a career in the private security industry as licensed APOs.

Participants will undergo the PCP with a training duration of up to 3 months comprising a 2-month full-time resident training (time-off during weekends) at Certis Cisco Academy (10A Science Centre Road) followed by 1-month of On-the-Job training.
Participants will receive a Higher Certificate in Armed Security Operations at the end of the programme if they:
a. Achieve at least 80% class attendance; and
b. Pass the assessment; and
c. Attain 8 Statements of Attainments (SOAs) (at least 4 Core units and 2 Elective units) under the Security WSQ framework
Upon successful completion of the programme, participants will be licensed as Auxiliary Police Officer subject to approval by the Singapore Police Force.
