The Professional Conversion programme (PCP) for Business Intelligence Analyst is designed to equip career switchers that aspire to become a Business Intelligence Analyst with the necessary skills to enter the profession.
Administered by Lithan, the programme operates under the Place-and-Train mode in which the participating companies will employ the trainees before commencing the PCP training, which includes classroom and on-the-job training.

Course fee grant (awarded to your employing company) of up to $12,600 (excluding GST).
You pass all required modules.
Salary subsidy of up to 70% of your monthly salary, capped at $4,000 per trainee per month, for 9 months.
You remain at the employing company for a minimum of 6 months after passing all the required modules.
If you are aged 40 years old and above, or have been actively seeking employment for more than 9 months, your employer will receive a salary subsidy of up to 90% of your monthly salary, capped at $6,000 per trainee per month, for 9 months.
You remain at the employing company for a minimum of 6 months after passing all required modules.
