The Professional Conversion programme (PCP) for ERP Specialist is designed to equip career switchers that aspire to become an ERP Specialist with the necessary skills to enter the profession.
Administered by Lithan, the programme operates under the Place-and-Train mode in which the participating companies will employ the trainees before commencing the PCP training, which includes classroom and on-the-job training.

Course fee grant (awarded to your employing company) of up to $12,600 (excluding GST)
You pass all required modules.
Salary subsidy of up to 70% of your monthly salary, capped at $4,000 per trainee per month, for up to 6 months.
You remain at the employing company for a minimum of 6 months after passing all the required modules.
If you are aged 40 years old and above, or have been actively seeking employment for more than 6 months, your employer will receive a salary subsidy of up to 90% of your monthly salary, capped at $6,000 per trainee per month, for up to 6 months.
You remain at the employing company for a minimum of 6 months after passing all required modules.
