The Professional Conversion programme (PCP) for Software Developer (.NET) is designed to equip career switchers that aspire to become Software Developers (.NET) with the necessary skills to enter the profession.
Administered by NTUC LearningHub, the programme operates under the Place-and-Train mode in which the participating companies will employ the trainees before commencing the PCP training, which includes classroom and on-the-job training.

Singapore Citizen (SC) or Permanent Resident (PR);
Minimum 21 years old;
Graduated or completed National Service, whichever is later, for at least two years; and
Not in a similar job function prior to joining the PCP.
Course-Specific Entry Criteria:
Preferably with Degree/Diploma in areas of Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics (STEM);
Preferably with at least B4 grade for GCE ‘O’ level Mathematics;
IELTS score of band 6.5 and above. Individuals who were taught at Master/Degree/Diploma level with English as medium of instruction are exempted from submitting IELTS score report; and
Enrolment for the PCP is subject to employer’s selection based on job requirements, and hiring process that may include screening tests and interviews.
Employers
Be registered or incorporated in Singapore;
Be committed to work with WSG and its appointed Programme Manager on the necessary administrative matters related to the PCP;
Offer employment directly related to the job which the PCP is for, with remuneration that is aligned with the market rate; and
Commit to the PCP training arrangements for the trainees.
