The Professional Conversion Programme for Intellectual Property Professionals (IP-PCP) is a collaboration between the Workforce Singapore (WSG) and IPOS. The IP-PCP is designed to help Singapore-based companies and firms to nurture newly-hired individuals who aspire to advance their career in the intellectual property (IP) and innovation space. The IP-PCP aims to equip individuals with the expertise in IP and innovation management, and translation of innovations into assets – these are skills critical in a future innovation-driven economy. Different tracks to groom three IP job roles are offered under the IP-PCP: IP Management Advisor, IP Technology Advisor and Patent Agent. Each track entails different course(s) and funding.
