The PCP for Professional Executives (Human Resource) is a dedicated track within the broad based PCP for Professional Executives (see http://www.wsg.gov.sg/programmes-and-initiatives/professional-conversion-programmes/professional-executives.html). Itaims to equip mid-career PMETs with the necessary competencies to take up HR-related roles in areas such as recruitment, learning and development; and compensation and benefits. Similar to the PCP for Professional Executives, the PCP for Professional Executives (Human Resource) is administered by the Singapore National Employers Federation (SNEF), the programme partner appointed by WSG.
The participants will go through 3 or 6 months of classroom training and structured On-the-Job Training (OJT) at the hiring company. The 3-month classroom training under SNEF consists of 6 Workforce Skills Qualification (WSQ) modules spread over 12 training days, of which at least 4 must be HR-related modules. The 6-month OJT offers the flexibility of either structured OJT in totality or a combination of classroom training (at least 1 WSQ module) with in-house OJT training in HR-related roles. Through structured classroom and OJT, companies are able to align training according to their specific business and industry needs.
