The PCP for Professional Executives aims to equip mid-career PMETs with the necessary competencies to take up roles in areas such as HR Management, leadership and management, sales and marketing, project management, consultancy, business development and operations across various sectors.
Professional conversion to HR-related roles in areas such as recruitment, learning and development; and compensation and benefits are also available through a dedicated PCP for Professional Executives (Human Resource) track. Please refer to the attached link for more information.
The participants will go through 3 or 6 months of classroom training and structured On-the-Job Training (OJT) at the hiring company. Through structured classroom and OJT, companies are able to align training according to their specific business and industry needs.
