The Professional Conversion Programme (PCP) for Programmatic Advertising Professionals aims to train and convert executive and managerial level employees from any disciplines, into programmatic advertising jobs.
Individuals who attend the PCP will be trained on software used to automate the buying, placement and optimisation of media inventory via a real time bidding system. They will also learn the key skills to transform their thinking to tailor a specific message and creative to the right person, at the right time in the right context and media platform, using audience insights. This PCP is also suitable to enhance individuals’ opportunities to join a career in the future of advertising and media industry by providing them with classroom training in latest technology, knowledge and trends, and real experience in the field through On-the-Job (OJT) training. The PCP will enable individuals to make a career switch and take on new or expanded job roles in the Advertising & Media sector.
The programme will equip entrants with the relevant digital and strategic skills to perform job roles such as Programmatic Operations Manager, Campaign Strategist, Digital Campaign Manager, Strategic RTB (Real-time Bidding) Campaign Manager, Brand Managers, etc
