The Security Productivity Initiative (SPI) aims to guide security employers and security service buyers to transform and grow by leveraging technology and job redesign to improve work processes and create better quality jobs. This is part of WSG’s efforts to support industry transformation for the Security industry.
SPI will guide companies through the adoption of Security Job Redesign Framework and scalable security technology solutions to achieve manpower-lean and age-friendly workplaces with available Government support of up to 80% of project cost.

The SPI is open to security employers and security service buyers who are keen to become manpower-lean and/or develop an age-friendly workplace through Job Redesign and adoption of one or more of the scalable security technology solutions.
Each participating company will nominate two representatives; (1) project sponsor (management representative) and (2) project lead, to attend the complimentary 2-day Job Redesign Workshop and work with appointed consultant to prepare the project proposal. The upcoming workshop(s)* is on:
