(ii) Job Redesign Workshop
Targeted at helping cleaning companies better understand and apply the 4D job redesign framework, the consultant will guide participants step-by-step on how to apply key job redesign techniques curated for the environmental services industry, to enhance workforce productivity and uplift workers’ capabilities. Participants will also receive guidance on how to develop a job redesign implementation plan based on individual key business concerns in this hands-on workshop.
