The 4D Job Redesign Framework developed by WSG aims to guide cleaning companies in their job redesign implementation through four simple steps to improve productivity and the overall performance of their workforce.

(i) 4D Job Redesign Framework Digital Guide

(ii) Job Redesign Workshop
Targeted at helping cleaning companies better understand and apply the 4D Job Redesign Framework, the consultant will guide participants step-by-step on how to apply key job redesign techniques curated for the cleaning industry, to enhance workforce productivity and uplift workers’ capabilities. Participants will also receive guidance on how to develop a job redesign implementation plan based on individual key business concerns in this hands-on workshop. (iii) Support for Job Redesign under Productivity Solutions Grant (PSG-JR)
Cleaning companies can also tap on the Support for Job Redesign under Productivity Solutions Grant (PSG-JR) to work with pre-approved consultants to redesign work processes, tasks and responsibilities. Participating companies will receive up to 70% funding, capped at $30,000 per company.
