Employers can receive the following funding support under the enhanced WorkPro:
Age Management Grant
Up to $20,000 per company
Enables companies to acquire the necessary competencies to implement age management practices. The grant helps to raise awareness of age management practices and support companies in the implementation of these practices.
Job Redesign Grant
Up to $300,000 per company
Provides companies funding support to create physically easier, safer and smarter jobs for older workers i.e. aged 50 years and above.
Companies that embarked on the Inclusive Growth Programme (IGP), the Capability Development Grant (CDG) or the Business Improvement Fund (BIF) for their job redesign projects may apply for the Job Redesign (Rider), upon project completion, if the project leads to a positive impact on older workers.
 Applicable for new projects approved under IGP or CDG on/after 1 Jul 2016 or under BIF on/after 1 Dec 2017, and completed within WorkPro programme period (1 Jul 2016 to 30 Jun 2019). Applications must be submitted no later than 6 months after project completion.
(effective from 1 July 2018)
Up to $105,000 per company
Provides companies funding support to implement and sustain flexible work arrangements (FWAs) for all employees, to create work-life harmony at the workplace.

Both e2i’s and SNEF’s FWA Incentive under the Work-Life Grant is fully subscribed for companies with workforce size < 50 and closed for application until further notice. Companies with workforce size < 50 may still apply for the Job Sharing Incentive under the Work-Life Grant with either Programme Partner.

Both e2i’s and SNEF’s Job Redesign (Rider) are fully subscribed and closed for application.
