WorkPro encourages employers to implement progressive employment practices to benefit Singaporeans through job redesign, age management practices and flexible work arrangements.
NTUC’s Employment and Employability Institute(e2i) and Singapore National Employers Federation (SNEF) are the official Programme Partners appointed to market and administer WorkPro. Additionally, Singapore Manufacturing Federation (SMF) is the appointed WorkPro Programme Partners for Work-Life Grant from Jul 2019.
Employers can receive the following funding support under the enhanced WorkPro:
Age Management Grant
Age Management Grant enable companies to acquire the necessary competencies to implement age management practices. The grant helps to raise awareness of age management practices and supports companies in the implementation of these practices.
Funding Amount: Up to $20,000 per company
Job Redesign Grant
The Job Redesign Grant provides companies funding support to create physically easier, safer and smarter jobs for older workers, (i.e. 50 years old and above).
Funding amount: Up to $300,000 per company
Work-Life Grant (effective from 1 July 2018)
Work-Life grant provides companies funding support to implement and sustain flexible work arrangements (FWAs) for all employees, to create work-life harmony at the workplace.
Funding amount: Up to $105,000 per company
