Whether it is preparing for a career transition, job change, or re-entry into the workforce, learning agility is required to stay relevant and ensure that workers have the skills they need for the jobs of the future. A structured developmental and career planning process is crucial to prepare a person to achieve maximum effectiveness for the individual.
Using Capelle’s 5A Career Planning model, this course provides learners with skills that will build self-confidence to plan and execute their career-learning and development journey which will also be beneficial to the organisation as a whole.
Learners will use a Profiling tool called “Career Anchors Diagnostic Questionnaire to gain understanding of their aspirations and motivations and competence.
Learning Outcomes:
At the end of the programme, participants should be able to:
- Clarify personal goals;
- Identify personal strengths and areas of improvement;
- Craft, document and review their individual career and development plan; and
- Prepare for developmental and career planning meetings.
Note:
- Open to Singaporeans only.
- Participant's NRIC number is one of the necessary data fields that the government collects to accurately establish or verify the identities of the participants for employment facilitation services.
- Registrations starts at 8.30 am.
- Please be punctual for the workshop as WSG reserves the right to refuse admission to participants who are more than 30mins late for the workshop.
- Registration is mandatory. Individuals who did not register for the workshops will not be granted permission to attend.
