In this seminar, learn what is Presence and why we need to always work on our presence, understand how to develop our mindset to help flex our presence appropriately. In addition, master the art of coming up with an Influencing strategy at the right times.

Presence is a product of our internal thoughts, external behaviours, and interactions with others. It's something we always carry, whether walking into a meeting room or sitting at a bus stop, but it doesn't always look the same. We can control our presence to help us be more engaging or more engaged—both of which add value in different situations. Some people are naturally skilled at controlling and flexing between levels of presence, however for most of us, we need to consciously work at it to bring it into our control and use it to our best advantage.
Ultimately, our presence is interpreted by the people we are interacting with, and it is a big part of how they perceive us. Therefore, we need to influence how people think and feel about us. People who influence successfully always consider the individual they are trying to influence, as well as the context of the situation, and then flex their style
and approach accordingly. Mastery in influencing is all about combining tactics to create an influencing strategy. To do this we need a toolbox full of tactics, which we can combine in different ways to suit the situation and audience that we are trying to influence.

• Learn all the modern tactics of Influence and Persuade
• Master the art of coming up with an Influencing Strategy at the right times
