Are you seeking progression at work? Do you need a new game plan for your next career? How can you make the most during career transition to manage yourself for the right career fit? What strategies are there to jumpstart your job search?

This seminar presents a quick overview of the critical theories of career development.  We also explore the principle of self-concept formation, vocational identity, and life-span career stages. Participants get to identify their career anchor by self-evaluating their values, motivation and competence. They will also learn new strategies to remove roadblocks to positive changes.


Learning Outcomes:

By the end of this workshop, participants will be able to:

1. Discuss the differences in work, career and vocation
2. Formulate personal action plan based on key career development theories
3. Examine career anchors based on personal values, motivation and competence
4. Analyse the immunities to positive change
