In this workshop, professionals will learn to take control of their career through self and market awareness in order to create a plan of actions for their career journey.
Learning Outcomes:
In this workshop, professionals can:
1. Know the key components that make up a career plan;
2. Gauge their level of readiness in each component;
3. Uncover the drivers and detractors of their career journey;
4. Differentiate between job skills, interests and key strengths;
5. Generate different possible next roles at any stage of their career journey; and
6. Construct a broad visual timeline of their immediate, mid, and / or long-term career plan.
