[Physical Workshop] Networking for Job & Career Opportunities

This workshop helps jobseekers and career switchers rethink what networking really is. The session focuses on how to offer value first, build trust over time, and show up with confidence both online and onsite.

When?
  • 11 Oct, Saturday - 11 Oct, Saturday
  • 09:30AM - 12:30PM
Many people only think about networking when they are actively job hunting. But the truth is—networking is most effective before you need it. Like a muscle, it grows stronger the more you use it correctly. Like insurance, it’s only useful if it’s in place before the crisis.

This workshop helps jobseekers and career switchers rethink what networking really is. Drawing from the book Business of Networking, participants will shift away from transactional mindsets and learn how to build authentic, long-term relationships. The session focuses on how to offer value first, build trust over time, and show up with confidence both online and onsite.

With practical frameworks, real examples, and guided exercises, participants will walk away with the tools and mindset needed to rebuild their professional presence and take meaningful steps toward new opportunities.
