Refresh. Refocus. Reignite.

In today’s fast-changing world of work, staying intentional about your career is more important than ever. This 3-hour, in-person workshop is designed specifically for employed professionals who want to take a proactive approach to their career growth and direction.

Reimagine Your Career Journey goes beyond surface-level advice - offering a structured space to reflect, evaluate, and plan. Guided by accredited and experienced career coaches, you’ll explore key dimensions of career planning through a balance of introspective and extrospective activities.

You’ll begin with a career health check, assessing where you stand today and identifying areas that need attention or realignment. Through guided self-assessment tools and interactive exercises, you’ll gain deeper self-awareness - clarifying your values, motivators, strengths, and work personality to make informed, intentional career decisions. From there, you’ll engage in strategic planning exercises to explore future possibilities and set direction with purpose and clarity.

Whether you’re feeling stuck, ready for growth, or simply want to be more intentional about your next steps, this workshop will equip you with the insights, tools, and confidence to actively shape your career journey.
