Learning Outcomes
| By the end of this session, participants will: 1.Identify early signs of burnout, recognize the key emotional, physical, and psychological symptoms of burnout, such as chronic stress, exhaustion, reduced empathy, and feelings of frustration or helplessness. 2.Understand the impact of emotional burnout on both individual and organizational performance, including decreased productivity, reduced job satisfaction, and impaired decision-making. 3.Build resilience and emotional boundaries by exploring how to maintain empathy and compassion in the workplace without sacrificing their own emotional well-being.
