In high-demand, fast-paced work environments, the pressure to perform
can lead to emotional exhaustion and stress. When left unsupported,
employees may face burnout, compassion fatigue, and frustration, which
in turn diminishes job satisfaction and overall work performance. This
workshop is designed to equip participants with the knowledge and tools
to recognize early signs of emotional burnout and provide practical
strategies to prevent and resolve it effectively.

 

Learning Outcomes

By the end of this session, participants will:

1.Identify early signs of burnout, recognize the key emotional, physical,
and psychological symptoms of burnout, such as chronic stress,
exhaustion, reduced empathy, and feelings of frustration or
helplessness.

2.Understand the impact of emotional burnout on both individual and
organizational performance, including decreased productivity,
reduced job satisfaction, and impaired decision-making.

3.Build resilience and emotional boundaries by exploring how to
maintain empathy and compassion in the workplace without
sacrificing their own emotional well-being. They will learn to set
healthy emotional boundaries, preventing compassion fatigue and
emotional exhaustion
