In this interactive workshop, participants will learn a practical framework to initiate career conversations with their supervisors and key stakeholders.

 

Through guided activities and role-play scenarios, they will practise how to communicate career goals, request for opportunities, and explore development pathways within their organization.

 

Participants will also develop a Career Influence Map to identify the people who can support their growth and learn strategies to engage them effectively. By the end of the session, participants will walk away with practical tools to advocate for their career development.
