Whether you're currently employed, in transition, or re-entering the workforce, knowing how to navigate career shifts with clarity and confidence is key to long-term success.

This session introduces a light yet practical framework that empowers participants to take charge of their career direction. Using the Career GPS mindset, attendees will learn how to assess where they are today, explore new paths, and build a future-ready plan. The Career GPS framework guides participants through three key steps: identifying their current career position, exploring future routes based on skills and opportunities, and learning how to confidently reroute when faced with change or uncertainty.

Through relatable insights and real-life examples, this workshop offers a fresh perspective on how to stay relevant, resilient, and ready — no matter what lies ahead
