Considering a move into the education and training sector, but unsure where to begin? This session at the Virtual Seminar is designed for career changers and aspiring educators who are ready to take the next step.
Hear from VCA Kian Yong, who will share practical advice in his talk, "Switch to Teaching: A Guide for Career Changers". He’ll walk you through what it takes to transition into teaching—what to expect, how to prepare, and where opportunities lie.
Complementing this, VCA Heng Khuan will introduce the W.H.A.T. Framework, a structured, strategic approach to job searching that empowers you to take control of your career direction—particularly useful for those navigating change or entering a new sector.
Whether you're exploring a teaching role, corporate training, or education support functions, this session will equip you with actionable insights to build a meaningful career in the education and training sector.
