Since its rollout in October 2025, GRIT and GRIT@Gov have successfully placed close to 350 trainees with host organisations.
Workforce Singapore has partnered Enterprise Singapore, the Economic Development Board, and the Monetary Authority of Singapore to identify quality traineeship opportunities from partner companies. To date, more than 50 companies have come on board as GRIT host organisations, spanning sectors from Manufacturing, Financial Services, ICT to Professional Services. The traineeships encompass both niche technical roles and wider, cross-functional roles, reflecting the wide spectrum of skills in demand.
