To support comprehensive workforce transformation, we are providing enhanced support through WDG(JR+).
What is the available funding?
Get funding of up to 70% (for SMEs) and 50% (for non-SMEs), capped at $150,000 per enterprise.
What can you use the grant for?
The WDG(JR+) supports three key areas of workforce transformation:
1) Workforce Consultancy — Up to $50,000
Get expert guidance from pre-approved consultants to transform your workforce from start to finish. This includes assessing your business needs, AI readiness, developing a workforce strategy, redesigning roles, and creating an implementation plan tailored to your company.
2) Capability Building Initiatives — Up to $60,000
Build internal expertise to sustain your transformation efforts. Engage external HR professionals or pre-approved consultants to train your line managers and HR team, enabling them to drive ongoing job redesign, facilitate employee career health and manage organisational change independently.
3) Workforce Tech Solutions — Up to $90,000
(Must be combined with at least one of the components above)
Adopt technology tools that support data-driven workforce planning and skills development. This includes workforce analytics platforms, skills gap analysis tools, and AI-powered HR tech that provides insights for organisational growth and employee development.
Nett Fee Payment Model
WDG(JR+) operates under a nett fee payment model. Companies will only be required to pay their co-funding portions to the pre-approved consultants directly. The remaining government grant will be paid directly to your consultants by our Anchor Programme Partner once approved project milestones are completed and the required documents are submitted.
Eligibility Criteria
All participating enterprises must fulfil the following criteria to qualify:
Registered or incorporated and operating in Singapore
Must employ at least three local employees1
Additionally, at the point of application, applicants must not have:
Made a payment for JR-related consultancy service; OR
Signed a contract or purchase order for JR or workforce-related consultancy services either with a pre-approved consultant or third party.
1Local employees can be Singapore Citizens and Singapore Permanent Residents.
Pre-approved Panel of Consultants
A panel of pre-approved consultants for WDG(JR+) will provide workforce consultancy to enable enterprises to undertake comprehensive workforce transformation.

Your WDG(JR+) Journey:
- Indicate interest to our Anchor Programme Partners via General Interest Form for WDG(JR+)
- Business advisors and pre-approved consultants will work with you to provide holistic support and guidance in scoping workforce transformation project for WDG(JR+) application
- Submit application on Business Grant Portal (BGP) for grant approval
- Once approved, pay project amount to pre-approved consultants (after funding support)
- Implement WDG(JR+) project
- Upon completion of project, review and report achieved project outcomes
