Over two engaging hours, you will learn the “Seven Harmful Habits” and “Seven Caring Habits” a term coined by Dr William Glasser, who is also the founder of choice theory. These habits affect our important relationships with our bosses and colleagues. We will also be seeing how these seven harmful habits play out with different scenarios in the workplaces using Holland Codes.

This workshop aims to help participants rebuild their self-esteem and confidence after experiencing job loss by fostering emotional awareness and equipping them with emotion regulation techniques.

Led by our career coach, this seminar offers approaches to bolstering resilience and fostering a growth mindset in the face of setbacks. Participants will gain a deeper understanding of the key elements that contribute to a resilient mindset, enabling them to tackle obstacles and maintain motivation throughout their job search journey.
