This workshop aims to help participants rebuild their self-esteem and confidence after experiencing job loss by fostering emotional awareness and equipping them with emotion regulation techniques.
Over two engaging hours, you will learn the “Seven Harmful Habits” and “Seven Caring Habits” a term coined by Dr William Glasser, who is also the founder of choice theory. These habits affect our important relationships with our bosses and colleagues. We will also be seeing how these seven harmful habits play out with different scenarios in the workplaces using Holland Codes.
