Over two engaging hours, you will learn the “Seven Harmful Habits” and “Seven Caring Habits” a term coined by Dr William Glasser, who is also the founder of choice theory. These habits affect our important relationships with our bosses and colleagues. This workshop aims to help participants rebuild their self-esteem and confidence after experiencing job loss by fostering emotional awareness and equipping them with emotion regulation techniques.
The workshop also empowers participants to redefine and reimagine their career paths by reflecting and fostering self-awareness on their strengths, passions and core values. The trainer will guide the participants in analysing their job and career cycles to gain insight into the patterns of their professional journey and determine actionable next steps for aligning their career goals with future opportunities. #careerpreparatory
Learning Outcomes:
By the end of this session, participants will:
• Recognise and acknowledge the difficult emotions they are experiencing.
• Apply practical emotion regulation techniques to manage feelings of anxiety, fear, or inadequacy.
